I’ve had my bike serviced at Trek Sydney for 5+ years. Service is always done to high standard with any additional work required being clearly explained. Special requests are always listened to and accommodated. I have had no surprises in the cost of services and communication of timeframes for completion of work and collection of my bike has been first class

Fantastic service. First time going to Trek Essendon, as my usual bike shop closed down. Wide attends here, so came highly recommended. Went in for a quick discussion about new tires etc….and stayed for 90 mins discussing all things bike, gear etc.

I was a bit surprised when I dropped my bike off for the complimentary service that it would take 4 days, but they turned it around in 36 hrs. My local bike shop do same day servicing with bookings in advance. Having said that the service was great, everything looked over well, bike rides solid afterwards.
