I’ve always liked Trek bikes but the service from this store was great. They went above and beyond to help source a bike in a rush before Christmas .
Staff in the Melbourne office very helpful and friendly. When out of their way to help em and also set up the things I purchased while I was browsing in store. Also chatted casually and invited me to community events. I was served by a lady can’t remember her name but very friendly and helpful.
Love the quality of the products and really want to take part in the community cycle casual rides once I get sorted and set up a trial bike ride for a new road bike.

Kyle was absolutely fantastic at the Majura Trek store, played along with my “Santa said to come in today” when I bought my two boys in to get fitted.
Was so helpful and welcoming to the store. Let the boys try out the bike and was just generally awesome.
When I came to pick up the bikes they were ready, it wasn’t any trouble to fit last minute bottle holders and he was friendly and easy to deal with.
Recommended Trek to many of my farming friends, from out of town. We are from Goulburn, NSW and we do not have a bike store anymore.
