The person setting up the bikes was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does.
Even though, sometimes, you have to wait a bit to be served, because it's always busy enough, the staff at Trek Hoppers always acknowledged us when we visited.
Staff are friendly and full of advice, and always helpful. I would highly recommend Trek at Hoppers, and I have done to lots of people already.

Respectfully there was an older lady who was next to useless with a simple question and came across very disinterested and not knowledgeable about Trek.
Everyone else was superb, helped me with buying simple products, spent time explaining the bikes (even though it was clear I wasn’t going to buy one) took time to explain the product and talk about how good it was. Really good experience over all.
Very friendly service and good range of stock. Very happy, recommend this store to all my friends

Recently we had to call regarding a recall of our grandson’s bike .
Ben was amazing fitting us in for the next day, I dropped the bike off that day and we had it back before the weekend .
