The full customer service was excellent ! I’ve had fabulous service from multiple Trek stores since purchasing my Checkpoint SL 5 in 2020. The Ttek team Richmond were great - check in was easy, told when things would get done, Tim the mechanic called to give a briefing on what he saw and needed to be done with costs.
