I came to Trek Camberwell with a Trek warranty issue from another store. Trek Camberwell took the issue seriously, got my bike serviced under warranty and did it much quicker than expected. The service at the counter was helpful, friendly and informed. It was great that they could take a look at my bike and provide a guide as to what type of service would be appropriate. I was able to leave my bike and have it serviced the next day.
