We walked into the Knox store, in a whim, just to have a look. We told the sales guy Chris that “we were not buying today, just having a look and making a shopping list for next December.”
A detailed conversation later, my husband rolled out of there with some new wheels, feeling like a million bucks and excited to hit the trails. After our first ride that afternoon, he couldn’t be happier with his purchase. We have a few questions that have come up. If YouTube fails, we feel comfortable to call back the Knox store. The service was great.
I have owned Trek bikes for approximately 10 years now and they haven't disappointed me both in mountain and road cycling. Trek Majura have been 10/10 in their customer service to me in the limited experience I have with them both getting my old bike serviced and purchasing a new one.

Was telling other Trek owners the other day that they should go to Trek Fysh where Sandor and the boys are great mechanics, and will fix problems with your bikes that other bike shops haven’t been able to fix. This last Saturday, I struggled to fix a flat tyre for a morning bike ride - it just wouldn’t take air above abt 40 psi, and decided instead to get two new tyres fitted - they’re were pretty worn, definitely in the last 20% of wear left in them. Trundled out to Trek Fysh, at arnd 11.00am, Levi asked if I planned to ride tomorrow, I said I’d hope to, and he said he’d get the new tyres fitted that day, The text in fact came through at 12.15pm that my wheels with new tyres were ready for collection. 👍👍👍
No only value and quality but Trek create bikes with personality! You’re just not buying a bike but a piece of happiness an investment in your well being
