We went into the store the other day and spoke with Owen. He explained the difference between the different Marlin bikes and answers all our questions. We wanted to have a bit of an idea before we brought our son in to look.
Yesterday I came back and brought my son in , we were helped by Richard. He was fantastic and took the time to explain everything to us. He let my son try out a few different size bikes to make sure we had the right fit. He adjusted the seat height for us but cutting down the seat bar and this make the bike the perfect fit for my son. I felt like he had as much time as we needed and didn’t ever feel pressured to purchase. He talked about safety and other things we should consider getting to make the bike as safe as possible. We bought a drink holder which he fitted on the spot for us. He explained how to remove the front wheel of the bike and helped my son learn how to do it himself as well.
I couldn’t praise the team at Trek in Keilor road enough. We will definitely be back! We were recommended to come here from my nephews her purchase from there regularly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend on this store to anyone looking at buying a bike or accessories .

I have been to the shop twice and both times I have received wonderful service. The staff are always so generous. I needed a bolt which came off the bike on transit and the lady gave me one for free. We were happy to pay but it’s probably was only worth a few cents but it was nice to not pay.

Love Trek, Bontrager & Rapha brands. I had a long term unresolved mechanical issue with my road bike. The bike mechanics at Carnegie took the time to understand my problem & were able to identify & resolve the issue for me quickly & had me back riding a bike that felt brand new. Highly recommend getting your bike serviced at the Carnegie store - the customer service is exceptional!!!
This is the 1st Trek Bicycle I have owned. I looked at multiplle brands before settling on the Trek 'Roscoe 8'. A well built bike suited t9 my riding style but with a few extras if I decided to take it up a level. My 1st service was complementary and an issue was discovered with the front shocks, replaced by the supplier. On picking the bike up I had a very informative conversation with one of Treks technicians on how to maintain the bike and ensure I get the most out of the bike. We discussed everything from the drive cassette through my riding posture and the most appropriate tyres for my ride. Would highly recommend talking to Trek
