Buying a bike for my 13 year old son. Staff took the time to ask him questions and recommend the best bike for him. He did all the research and knew what he was looking for
Its not often a 13 year old will leave a store and say how great staff were, but thats what happened.
We left the store to discuss further and work out accessories. When we went back the following week we were warmly greeted and the same team member recognised us from the week prior. Sale was made that day with the accessories to be fitted.
Not often I post reviews, but great customer service deserves recognition. Keep uo the amazing work team ! We will be back

We previously visited another bicycle store and we were not taken seriously. Greg at the Pakenham branch of Trek greeted us respectfully and listened intently to what we wanted. His focus seemed purely on helping us find the right bikes that fitted our needs.
Taking this on board, he walked us through several options making us aware of features, benefits and costs. He recommended we test rode a couple to experience the differences and to understand what these felt like as opposed to just looking at them in the rack instore. We made our purchase that day, and to our pleasure we were able to collect the very next weekend!

Emily was very helpful in telling us about our different options for purchasing a new bike and was more than happy to let us take them out for a test ride. She was more concerned in helping us get the bike we wanted, rather than making a big sale which is always appreciated. We will definitely visit Trek Kawana again.
Joseph was a great help, went beyond to ensure he fixed the annoying rattle on my bike.
