A clean and well presented store. Everything had it's place and was in that place. All the displays were well presented and the shelves were neatly stocked without being crowded.
I was greeted when I entered and offered help. The mans name started with D but I can't recall it fully, my apologies. He discussed bike sizing within the Trek range and pulled a couple bikes down for me to sit on and compare. Following this he discussed the range of Marlin bikes and the differences of each with me. We discussed intended usage, frequency of use and just general riding.
He excused himself to great and serve another customer and thanks me for coming in to the store. There was no adverse pressure to buy and he was confident that the products can sell themselves which they do.
I left the store wanting a Marlin 5 Gen 3 in Mulsanne Blue after coming in with only the intention to discuss the difference between a Large and XL frame.
I'll happily return to the store and would buy a Trek bike for the store experience I had alone.

Joel was fantastic to deal with. I walked in having not been on a bike for a very long time, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a bike, my background and then spent a lot of time explaining his choices and the product. The entire way through the sales process he was super helpful, educated on the product and often went out of his way to make sure I walked out with my dream bike and set-up. He's exactly the kind of service you're looking for from a local store, to make it so you have no reason to shop online (or elsewhere). Couldn't beat Trek Burleigh Heads or Joel for quality of service, product knowledge, customer experience and overall great place to purchase/service a bike.

Eamon - went above and beyond to source the exact bike we wanted and even offered the flexibility to return it to stock if we changed our minds. The first service and check-up were exceptionally thorough — and complimentary. Highly recommended.
Had a few issues with the bike from gears to missing seat screw. The team helped with an accurate diagnosis of the problems and parts needed and turned around in 24 hours. Also cleaned and serviced bike. The charge was very reasonable and representative of great after sales service. Probably the best bike shop experience I have had.

The stuff ( Oliver) is nice and professional . we repaired my son's old trek and got him a new biger one. My son is pretty happy. That's our fifth Trek in the family. we are really happy with the design and quality of Trek. Will keep buying and using them.
