The whole purchasing experience was excellent. Tom and Nathan were both great. The initial visit with Tom in particular was a highlight. He went above and beyond with the test ride ensuring the bike was setup extremely well, even adjusting the shock and fork pressures, after the first test ride to ensure it was getting closer to the ideal initial setup. The bike is amazing and I can't wait to get it out on the trails and properly get to know it properly. 🤘😎🚵♂️
I was completely overwhelmed by the helpful staff at Trek Bicycles, Hoppers Crossing. I went for help on fixing my learned sons mistake on putting back together the back wheel, which was removed by my son to fix a puncture. They offered to do a whole service on my bike while fixing the problem while I waited. I bought a spare tube, and when I offered payment for their work and tube, they automatically gave me a membership discount on the tube and the fixing and service for free. Being an ex-businessman myself l humbly accepted their kindness as they showed me that kindness, respect and loyalty still exists. I highly recommend the services of this business to everyone who needs anew bike or just a service and repair. Many thanks for putting a big smile on my son's face when I returned home withe problem resolved. cheers guys l know you will be successful.
