The problem with Ireland is that we don't really have a service industry. People attend the workplace to collect a pay packet and you tend not to get much interaction in stores any more.
The workshop staff in the Fonthill shop are top notch.
No matter what is thrown at them, you get quick answers but also options to suit your preferences and styles. They know their stuff, have a brialliantly equipped workshop and it helps that there's a highly knowledgeable base, laid back vibe with attention to detail with all the right tools.
A hard thing to create and keep in any organisation. Well done.

A fantastic range of e-bikes and a great industrial estate to test ride around. The staff were brilliant, particularly James who contacted me via social media and helped me choose the best bike for me at a very good price!
Everyone at the shop was very helpful
Honest and accurate sales information. They put right an error made in our order quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The first service and Cube recall for a fault were also handled professionally - it was a shame that Cube themselves were not as efficient. My bike faces being 'grounded' for weeks as the manufacturers have not supplied replacement parts for the 'No Ride' recall.
