If you're looking to buy a Trek bike then Trek Manchester is where to buy it! Great staff, great bikes, great shop! Had a problem with my Domane frame so went through the options with Dan, credit note or replacement were offered but loved the bike so tried the repair option first. That didn't work so Trek, true to their word of the lifetime guarantee on the frame, replaced it. No hassle, no 'was I the cause of the problem' etc so I now have a Madone and my word, what a fantastic bike. Through the whole process Dan was simply brilliant; easy going, fun, knowledgeable and great advice all the way meaning no stress and a new bike.
At the same time I was in the market for gravel bikes for me and my wife, once again Dan and now Dylan were there to provide me with all the guidance and knowledge to purchase the Checkpoint+ bikes which are brilliant. The guys were generous with their time, nothing was too much trouble, no hard sells, lots of laughs and if you're a bit thirsty, take a seat and have a coffee or a cold drink on the house. Can't forget to mention Arwen & Paddy too, both part of this process and again so easy to get along with, both incredibly helpful and part of this great Trek Manchester team. So, why buy a bike from here, well, you'd be daft not to.
