The bike that I took to be serviced hadn't been used in quite a while and if I'm honest, is not in the same league as all the latest electric bikes on the market, I felt respected and comfortable leaving my bike with them.

There are not enough superlatives I can use to describe my experience with the team at Cookson Cycles!!! The entire journey has been nothing short of a pleasure.
From first contact, where I enquired about the availability of a bike, to waiting patiently (30+ days!) for the Cyclescheme voucher to arrive. I wasn't questioned once on whether I was still committed to buying the bike. I was allowed to put a deposit down on the bike in question, so, there was no fear that I'd end up with a voucher but find that the bike had sold out...
I had no prior experience of purchasing from Cookson Cycles prior to this purchase, so I asked lots of questions - thank you Rick for answering all of my questions and I appreciate your patience with me.
Once I had the voucher, the turnaround of the bike being received by myself was very quick. Rick communicated the process to me and the bike arrived on the day that Rick had set my expectation of, earlier in the week. The bike was packaged in a box and all of the frame was wrapped carefully so it was protected during transportation. Whilst I did have concerns about the bike during transportation, I needn't have had any.
Would I buy from Cookson Cycles again? Absolutely! Good customer service is in the DNA of the Company and the team - looking at other reviewers, I knew I was dealing with a trustworthy company and team and my experience has been brilliant.

The service provided has been exceptional. I recently broke a spoke on a road bike and needed a very quick fix. Pedal Power came to the rescue and delivered a solution overnight. Thanks to Glenn, Lucie and the team!

Informative, professional, knowledgeable throighout
Anytime have a either had my bikes serviced or if I have purchases an item, I have always received the best advice. All staff have a very good knowledge but if necessary will get help to confirm any questions or concerns I may have had.
