Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is a shame that Brompton treat you as a supplier very badly compared to direct customers with delivery times easily 10x longer.

Bikes were excellent, although after 5 hours my battery was flat, but that’s probably down to my fitness level rather than anything else!
