You always speak to a person on the phone, when a bike is booked in for service etc. They explain and show what needs to be done, if anything else turns up during the service they will phone to ask if it’s OK to proceed. The job is done quickly and you know how much the bill is likely to be before you even get it. Their BOSCH service is excellent.
It’s cyclists working for cyclists, complete with a weekly ride if you want.
