Needed a replacement bike for my wife's one which was stolen. Mike and the team found the bike and was available in relatively short notice. They helped to check the "fit" was correct and after a local test ride, we drove off very satisfied!
Although it was quite a journey for us to get there - we live about 90 minutes drive each way, it was well worth it

Friendly, helpful staff and great bikes. I recommend getting a bike from Trek. The only issue is the open times when I am at work - it would help if open before 9am or after 6pm at least one night of the week.
