Mike helped me find a suitable gravel bike and trusted me to go off for a test ride on my own. He explained about aspects I was unfamiliar with, such as tubeless tyres, different wheel axles, crank removal etc. He added in mudguards and flat pedals gratis. Very good attention to the customer. Seemed a typical price for the bike I got as well.
