Everyone at the shop was really helpful! I ordered a bike ahead of time and the POC, Bill, was great about providing updates on the order progress. He walked me through all the workings of the new e-bike, helpful accessories, and answered all my questions. Would recommend this shop!

Aaron was awesome ordering a bike for me I wasn't sure it'll fit me and letting me know there was no problem if I didn't like it or couldn't ride it. I was not on the hook to buy it or have to deal with the return. They just wanted "to find me a bike I loved, so I'd be happy".
When I came to see and try the bike (which BTW I LOVED!!!) Landon and Ray helped me installing the accesories while I was checking out. They once again told me that if there was any problem or for whatever reason I didn't like it, I had 30 days to bring it back. All in all, great experience! Thank you guys!!!

The customer service I received from Josh and Bradley was outstanding. Ended up ordering my son a bike and outfitted it upon arrival. Timely, professional and knowledgeable.
