I visited quite a few bike shops and they all seemed to be well informed about their products and willing to share their knowledge with me. Chris at Atlanta Cycling, however went well beyond. He put me on at least 3 bikes and had me ride for feel. He understood that I didn’t really know what I wanted, but really needed help to make that decision. He was never pushy, but always patient and wanted me to make an informed decision. He kept in touch with emails expressing his willingness to answer any questions I might have. Eventually, I did purchase a bike and Chris is still following up making sure I have what I need. Thank you Chris!

Trek = The best 2 wheelers manufactured hands down! Road, dirt, gravel,mountains (downhill racing), trick and stunts, ramp riding etc. Electric if that fits your needs are truly exceptional artwork. Lifetime warranty with free of charge monthly maintenance at any Trek dealer as long as you made the purchase and or proof of purchase on file. How can you beat that? The answer is you can't, not even with the biggest stick you can handle. If you wanna ride like a pro you better purchase like a pro, TREK Is the name with no shame in their game, guaranteed or your money back. The main reason I want to go back to the Trek store is because the first thing is very friendly people working there. There’s never a time where I am not comfortable with the staff. My bikes gets checked out and adjusted every time, they even take the time to check further and make adjustments that I didn’t know or wasn’t aware. Very customer oriented and very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Trek Store in Chattanooga is one of the few businesses these days that is a real pleasure to visit. I am always greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walk in. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and the newer ones are eager to find an answer.
I bought an FX Sport 6 from Robert a few months ago because your store had always been helpful in the little things. Robert helped guide me through the myriad of choices patiently and professionally.
The first day I rode my new bike the chain came off and got lodged between the cassette and the hub. Not having the cassette removal tool, I brought the bike in Monday morning. I was expecting to be told it would be a week or so to get it fixed. But Robert had introduced me to your lead mechanic (whose name unfortunately I can't remember), he recognized me, put the bike up on the repair stand and had me out in 20 minutes!
