Both the Trek products and the service team are The Best. They have made biking...any kind of biking fun again! Especially with kids. They no longer spend all day on electronics when they have a Trek. That's really a great thing!

I came in without any appointment to fix two kids' bikes. Vince was extremely friendly and replaced the front tire and adjusted brakes in few minutes.
Vince told me that he would get the second bike done by the end of the day. I received a text at 3:00 pm informing me that the little bike was ready for pickup.
