Consistently excellent bike service.
I purchased my first Trek and EBike from the Knoxville Trek store. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the process. My bike had to be ordered along with some upgraded equipment. They kept in touch and delivered my bike as I lived a couple hours away to keep me from having to drive back to the store. Great 5 star customer service!! I am currently working on breaking in my bike.

Mike and the team at Trek were absolutely incredible. I brought in a secondhand Trek bike to get it fitted and serviced, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfectly tailored to me. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me have the best possible riding experience. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and supported. I truly won’t go anywhere else. Low pressure sales environment with knowledgeable staff
I liked that they were able to fix my flat on the spot and very quickly. Also, the tech had good advice for bike maintenance.

I think TREK products speak for themselves in terms of quality but your employees at the TREK store in Greenville, SC have truly earned my business forever. Every single interaction has been memorable. Gerry and Bay have been absolutely wonderful to me. They have been kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. I have been encouraged to join there shop rides almost every time I have been in the store. I've been made to feel like I have been a part of the TREK family for a long time and not just for the last 2 months. Thanks guys I appreciate you!

Bradley and Kevin always go above and beyond. Kevin has a true gift keeping our bikes perfectly running no matter what we ask. If we want something not in stock at the store, Bradley searches till he finds what we want. We, 73 and 81, would not be riding today if it were not for the amazing service we get at The Great Escape.
