Your products are great but your staff is even a step above that. Everyone is helpful, informative and genuinely interested in you enjoying biking. When I was in recently for a flat repair, I asked your technician to explain how to change the inner tube so I would not get stuck again. He was patient, kind and willing to walk through each step with me as he changed it so that I now understand. That is the kind of helpfulness and service that keeps you coming back.

I was looking for a bike in the touring category and was having a hard time finding what I wanted. Trek has several good options in this category. Also, Ryan the sales guy, was a breath of fresh air. Many running store service people are arrogant, and he was pleasant and helpful.

I have never worked with a bike store that has had so many friendly and competent people there to help. I'm always blown away by their warmth and helpfulness on the big or little issues. Whenever there have been any issues, they have been quick to remedy them and always have done what's right with me. I'm a casual biker but the staff treats me as if I just walked off the Tour. I will never go anywhere else.

We started looking online for E bikes, but on a whim decided to check out the Trek Bicycle Store in Greenville and we are so glad that we did. 1. Personalized attention to helping us find the best E bike to suit our all around needs.2. After we chose and purchased the bike, they got us dialed in on using the features of an E-bike and setting up proper seat height and handle bar position then monitoring us during our test ride and fine tuning everything just right. 3. We have gone back to the shop a few times to add some accessories and for tweaking of adjustments, and everything has been handled with the absolute professionalism and to our satisfaction. Shout out to Bay and all of the great staff at Trek Bicycle store, greenville. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
