Prompt service and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of cycling. They go above and beyond I've experienced it personally. I had a small medical episode just a few weeks ago in the store. I let them know what was going on and got on the floor and put my feet up. The associates gave me a protein bar and some electrolytes and that did help but had to take a quick trip to the ER anyway. Found nothing wrong with me just was a little week from not eating enough before my cycling earlier that day.
So with that said you have to give this TREX store a shot at your business and they will win it a your first visit.

Staff is polite and professional, and willing to offer advice. The complimentary bike tune-ups are also a very nice service they provide. I've bought two bikes there and they ensured it was the bike I wanted, not the one they wanted to sell me.
You guys were top notch all the way! You identified a recalled crank that many other shops had missed. You were also dissatisfied with returning my bike to me with the way it was shifting. I've had my bike to two other shops and they've just said "it's getting old". You figured out the derailleur needed to be broken down, cleaned, and rebuilt. Now it feels like I have a new bike even though it's got about 15,000 miles on it! I'll be back -- I love the commitment to my bike and the attention to detail. Top notch! 5-stars!
