I’ve had my Verve 2 for a year now, best bicycle I’ve ever owned. The look, comfort, and performance of it are incredible but they pale greatly in comparison to the customer service and technical support from from the Chattanooga, TN store. I can’t say enough about the team there, collectively or individually! They answer every question, solve every problem, and make me feel like a valued customer, more with each visit!! Atlanta Cycling Vinings is absolutely fantastic! Every visit here is such a pleasant experience. I recently brought my bike in for routine maintenance and to address a concern with my bottom bracket, and the team went above and beyond. Not only did they fix everything perfectly, but they also took the time to explain in detail what was done and even shared helpful tips to keep my bike running at peak performance.

I was looking for my granddaughter, a more comfortable bike,seat. The man helped me was very nice and helpful and offered for me to bring the back and he would put the seat on for me and I asked him to show me what I needed to do he did and I was able to do it myself.
