Had an ongoing issue with my Townies’ electrical system on my electric assistance. Trek determined it was a warranty issue and fixed it under the warranty. Trek stands behind their products. Staff is always professional, thorough, polite, helpful and friendly. We strongly recommend to everyone who ask about our bikes.

Trek stands behind their product by revising the handle bar to meet my comfort. We were greeted courteously while my needs were taken care of professionally. I was told if it didn't work out within 30 days I could bring my bike back for more adjustments.

I have gone here twice for bike services. Once for a Trek and once for a non-Trek. Both times the technicians were super friendly, helpful and did the work without delay. One required the next day service and the other was completed while I waited. The technician even had another guy come and check me out to allow me to get out of their quicker and he may have needed the training. Super nice folks. The sales people are really nice too and know their Trek's.
I like how helpful and friendly the whole staff has been through the whole buying process and just helping in anyway they can.
