I had an excellent experience with Jake and the rest of the staff. I was looking for cycling shoes for my gravel bike and also needed some guidance. Jake took the time to bring out several options for me to try and offered helpful advice to address my foot issue. Additionally, the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.
My Trek bike rides smoothly, looks good, and performs as expected. The service people are very personable.

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und obwohl wir unangekündigt mit einem kaputten Schlauch vorbeikamen, wurde dieser sofort und schnell ausgetauscht. Während der kurzen Wartezeit bekamen wir sogar leckeren Kaffee gebracht.

Brought my Cannondale in for service - Tim understood my concerns for repair and had it done in no time! Everyone there demonstrated great customer service - polite, quick to respond to my needs and provided a thorough explanation of what was completed!

Regarding my last visit in the bike shop, everything! Both Scott and Jared are super friendly and helpful with all my questions. And the service was very prompt. I really don't know how the service could have been any better.
