Great products; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and prices are pretty good (I’m usually willing to pay more for the convenience of not having to go to Salem).
The reason Milford Bicycle rates a 10+ Is because the owner and staff care. They ensure that you have what you need and they tune and repair your bike with precision. The prices are reasonable but the service exceeds expectations. You can stop by while on a ride with a concern about your bike and they will diagnose and if they are not slammed with customers they will address it right then and there allowing you to finish your ride I have had service done at other shops and none compare to the people at Milford Bicycle

Service was brilliant, Travis answered all of my initial questions with speed and directness, and even offered options for me. When I picked up my bike, all of the staff were extremely helpful, from finding the bike to fitting accessories! Will definitely be back in future!
