I was searching for a used trek e bike. Steiner had one at reasonable price. Drove there from CP and test drove. Instantly loved bike. Purchased and have now. Looking forward to riding around the Adirondacks. Michael was outstanding.

The store offered a wide variety of bikes and accessories. Service was exceptional. I needed a new tire and was able to obtain a one and ride down the road in a short time without having an appointment. The service professional was polite and personable.

My garmin died and I took the garmin to Pedal to see if they could work their magic to get it working again. They could not, and I had 100% confidence that if that team could not get the computer to turn on, no one could. Sad for sure, but I got some great advice from Ryan on the various models that were available and have a new computer - always good to have trust in your bike shop.
