Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Nimmt sich IMMER viel Zeit auch für die kleinsten Fragen. Service am Rad perfekt. Beratung bei Neukauf eines Rades sehr persönlich und man hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl das schnell verkauft werden soll. Mehrere Probefahrten von unterschiedlichen Radtypen mit unterschiedlichen Rahmenhöhen......alles möglich ohne Zeitdruck. Es macht einfach nur Spaß und ich für mich habe das absolut richtige Rad gefunden.
