This place is great, I received great advice from Kevin, no hard sells and the bike tech Cody that helped me was informative, he had a ton of knowledge and was very professional. I will definitely be using them for all my bike needs going forward. I highly recomend them!
Buy a bike from Zane's and get free tune-ups for the life of the bike. NOBODY does that but Zane's. The biggest bike store around with great inventory. Shop Zane's for sure.
Service is the best. Specialized workers are friendly, knowledgeable and always take the

Great Customer service and wonderful knowledge from your team! I've bought all my bikes from Gateway and have never had bad service. Sales staff helped explain the differences in the bikes I might be interested in. Responsive to what I wanted. And when I came in to order the bike - Cody offered to drop the bike off when it was ready - that really helped us out, as we do not have a bike rack yet.
The staff are technically competent, answer the questions I have, and have always resolved my issue.
