There repair shop does well it took them a day to fix my bike rim and the items I purchased was reasonable but they price is a little too high but it should be a little bit more affordable. and the hours of operation they should open and hour ahead than at 11:00 am. But all in all they are great for being in good location. we need them there. And I appreciate them a whole lot. Trek bicycle store is great.
Chris is great and they always let me know whats going on and what my options are, always complete faster than expected, will be back for maintenance services!

I listed what I wanted, they showed me my options in person and online, they were friendly and personable! I got a bike and accessories that I’m excited to try out, and I’m going back with a family member to fix some tires on a couple other bikes as there’s a small fee to fix tires. I appreciated my time there and the effort they put in to fulfill my needs in a bike. I recommend this place for anyone who’s ready to invest in a great bike.

The minute I walked into the store, I was greeted by the friendly staff. My bike was fixed at the price and the date it was promised. I do not know if their prices are good, bad, or indifferent, but their staff is fantastic!

Loved how my advisor went over my bike with me and gave explanations and recommendations. The bike looked amazing when I picked it up after the tune, I couldn’t believe it was mine. Employees are so great - Sarah and Caleb.
