Staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions I had and were happy to help me navigate my new bike purchase. Upon deliver of the new bike they went over the whole bike including in detail how to adjust the front fork that Trek so graciously provided an upgraded fork than what was spec'd to come with the bike originally.
Staff is always available to help regardless of the situation.

The Pontiac store has the and most helpful guys working there they always take very good care of my bikes. I live closer to another trek store, but I’ve referred to go to the one in Pontiac because of the service center is the best.

Honest and fair pricing. I came in to have two flat rear tires repaired on separate bicycles. One was fine but the other tire tube shredded after a day or two. The staff replaced the tube and recommended replacing the tire which I did. Much appreciated.

Llevé mi bici a este taller y la verdad es que salí encantado. Me atendieron muy bien desde el principio, explicándome claramente lo que le pasaba y sin complicaciones.
La reparación fue rápida y se nota mucho el resultado: la bici va perfecta ahora. Además, el trato fue cercano, lo cual siempre se agradece.

I just purchased my first gravel bike from the Bike Mart in Richardson. The entire process was fantastic. Joe Howard helped me select my bike. Due to the size, it had to be ordered. It came in when he told me it would and he called me to let me know when it would ready to pick. He helped me adjust the seat and take the bike for a test ride. Then, he showed me how to remove and replace the tire since I haven't ridden a bike with a thru axle before.
Sean, in parts and service is special....when we've taken our Trek's in for service, he asks questions to understand our particular circumstance....in the end, the result is always the best.
If and when we want to replace our current Trek bikes, we will absolutely come here first.
