I needed a new rapid drive freehub for my Trek Remedy,despite having the part number I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere on the internet so I gave Wheelbase a call and whilst they didn’t recognise the part number I had they went to the trouble of looking for one that would fit and put it on next day delivery for me.
I have bought 2 bikes from this company before and have always found them to be excellent,always willing to help and in some instances go above and beyond.
