Good quality products. Service is great except when it’s busy. I did not get everything I wanted when I came in for an appointment as it was crazy busy. Now will have to come back with the bike somehow to go over usage and get mirror and have installed. Also headlight is not attached properly and aims down.

Around 2002i bought an aluminum frame Martin bike from Bike Dr. for $750, fairly expensive at the time. I do meet own maintenance but every 3-4 years I bring it in for a comprehensive tune-up. This year it cost $330, just under half of v the original price. But within 200m of riding it I could feel the great work that has been done. The bike rides like it's new!

Bike World has a large selection of bikes to shop. Not only within the different types of bikes available, but their range of manufacturers is incredible. Service was excellent: I was greeted upon entry by a gentleman I believe was named Steve, and two other people were there to assist me. I walked out with the bike I wanted with the accessories I selected assembled to the bike.
I walked away impressed and will recommend Bike World to anyone who asks.

I purchased my bike 6 months ago and there was an electrical issue the other day.
After assessment, the store is replacing my bike with a brand new one, including a brand new 2-year warranty.

The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. I bought my e-bike in because of a repeating clicking noise while I cycled. The bike mechanic did an immediate and thorough evaluation and found the problem, and corrected it. She also checked the rest of the bike and said that I didn’t need a tune up because everything looked good. I appreciate the prompt and immediate service. Thank you.
