Henry, was very helpful. He fixed my ebike flat tire that I couldn't fix without the proper tools. He gave me info on the proper motorcycle pry bars that I needed to buy. He also gave me info on the Tennus tire inserts to prevent flat tires caused by the goat head thorns in Eastern Washington. I do not live nearby but have been to this shop twice before for parts and advise the prices are fair and the staff is very courteous. Thank you
