Tony and I recently picked up our new Verve+ 3 Low Step e-bikes from the Trek store in Wilmington, Delaware, and we wanted to recognize both Lisa Lee and Connor Durkan for an outstanding experience.
Lisa handled our order over the phone with accuracy and professionalism, and her timeline for delivery and assembly was right on target. When we arrived, she took the extra step to reassess Tony’s frame size, thoughtfully walking him through the pros and cons of medium versus small. Her product knowledge and genuine focus on getting the right fit—not just completing the sale—made a real difference, and Tony ultimately chose the small frame with confidence.
Connor, who assembled the bikes, was equally exceptional. He quickly added mirrors at our request and carefully fine-tuned the seat heights so both bikes felt just right. His enthusiasm, technical expertise, and willingness to help made the final delivery smooth and enjoyable.
What stood out most was how well Lisa and Connor worked together. They supported each other seamlessly, creating a relaxed, customer-focused environment that reflects the values of The Trek Way—treating people right, acting with integrity, and going the extra mile to ensure a great experience.
