Very helpful and knowledgeable technician
Alex was incredible, and I really want to call out how much he added to my experience. I had a warranty concern and was a little worried about the process of replacing my battery, but he made everything feel easy. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also took the time to help me understand my bike better and what I needed to get the most out of it and turned my worries into a delightful experience =).
What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. He remembered little details about me, which gave the whole interaction a real white-glove feel. He was also easy to communicate with and coordinate with every step of the way. Would totally see myself recommending Trek to friends and family for the future.

I had an issue with my front wheel yesterday and brought my bike in. The team had it fixed within 2 hours, which allowed me to still go out for my ride, that alone was impressive.
What really stood out was the service. I was never left waiting or wondering, there was always someone checking in to make sure I was being helped. Communication was clear, expectations were well set, and they delivered exactly as promised.
I felt that I was dealt with honestly. the consultation process, questioning, needs assessment and suggestions were bang on.
I'm grateful!

In a previous survey, I responded that the Cary Trek store is a neighborhood bike shop.
The staff represents our cycling community, including competitive cyclists, enthusiasts, and seniors like me, and not to forget the bike mechanic. A couple of years ago, I purchased the Thule Easyfold XT bike carrier to secure my two new eBikes. A week ago, I could not get it to lock into my trailer hitch, and Brett told me to contact Thule because they have a lifetime warranty. Brett helped me articulate the problem so that Thule could resolve it. Five minutes ago, FedEx delivered an entire brand-new carrier. Thule's warranty is as good as its products. I am ecstatic. My wife and I depend on our eBikes and rack for setting up running events, and we have one tomorrow. I also appreciate the older gentleman in the store who showed me a few tricks of interest to Boomers.
Always take good care of my bicycles. Usually have more than one solution to things. Very friendly.
