Within just a couple hours of dropping off my bike, I received a call explaining what needed to be done and asking if I agreed with the plan. I was told when it would be ready for pick up and it was right on time. I would never trust my bike to any other shop but Palo Alto Bikes! The very best mechanics and the very best service.
