Recently purchased a new Trek FX-3 bicycle which had to be ordered and assembled. I dealt with Tyler who was very proficient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions regarding the specifics of each bike etc. I heard that the store was closing down which is a shame since so many people I know bought their bikes at this store and never came put unsatisfied with their experience there. I was fortunate to have been to a few other Trek stores in Wisconsin, and am sad to see this local gem is being closed. Hopefully they can find another place in the Sheboygan area..for service etc. Its a shame that we have to travel so far for service . Thanks for the memories. Name removed

Look, I really like you guys alot and take all of my bike business to you. I recommend you frequently. I'm a avid cyclist with a stable full of high end bikes. So, I want to provide what I hope will be constructive feedback. Obviously I'm taking the time to do this because I like Foothill... I brought in a hub and rim for a wheel build. Not just any hub and rim, but a very specific 28h DT 240S hub with an Arc 35 27.5 rim. This is an expensive custom wheel build, right? So, when I put the wheel in my hands and spin it and it goes up and down and is kinda pbviously out of round... I'm a little worried. Fortunately Nate (I think that's his name) was receptive and when I noted it to him, he took some time to reduce the out of round ness... I don't know if y'alll have a QA/QC process for wheel builds, but this one definitely needed to be more true. I wanted to document it here as I'm sure I'll be bringing it in for a true either before or after I mount it and ride it. Wheel building is an art and science and I would only give the expensive hub and rim (and trust) to a shop that can perform. Thanks for taking this well... Again, I hope it helps you and your customers.
