Bikcyle Centres of Silverlake had a great selection of bikes and excellent customer service! I didn’t have to wait to order a bike. I was able to pick one out, ride it around, actually test out two bikes, and leave with the bike I wanted that same day.
Dan was awesome and helped me find the right bike and a lock that fit my needs. I also never felt rushed. He took the time to show me how to remove the front tire, make small adjustments on the bike, and explained how the handlebars could be adjusted in four different ways.
The first person who helped me, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was also super helpful and showed me another bike option. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Another team member even explained that they can take orders over the phone, so if I decide to order the Burley trailer from them, they’ll install it on my bike. They pulled it up online and walked me through everything.
I was there for about 90 minutes and had excellent customer service the entire time. I’ll definitely be ordering my Burley trailer from them, along with all of my biking equipment from now on. Great place and highly recommended!
I want to commend your bicycle repair specialist "Oliver" at the Trek, Rockville, MD., location. Oliver repaired a front derailleur mount and replaced the bottom bracket bearing and did an outstanding job. He was very informative, communicated each step of the process well, and made the process easy from the beginning until the conclusion. I would recommend Trek and his services to anyone. I suggest to show appreciation to such an employee. They are rare. Thank you for your services.
The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is great at determining exactly what you need based off of your size and aptitude. He’s one of the rare ones that wants to get you on what’s best for you, not what costs the most. I will definitely be buying another bike from him and I highly recommend others to do so as well.

Walked in to trek bicycles of Santa Clarita and was met with Miles one of the associates, probably one of the best retail experiences I've had in 50 years, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he set me up with a test ride and watched and looked how I was on the bicycle. We made some adjustments and I walked out with a brand new truck.domane, and a great attitude, knowing what I bought, and being helped by a really great store associate. I feel miles is a great asset to that trek store. I look forward to going back for more accessories.Etc...... thank you Miles and thank you trek!

Kris and the team are always willing to help if you drop by and have questions or need a bike adjustment. The staff are so friendly and the products they sell are the same or cheaper than Amazon etc. I love to support local businesses if I possibly can.

Friendly service and knowledgeable staff that was very helpful with myself and my wife for buying 2 E- bikes and a bike rack for our vehicle.
I went in to pick up my very first “real” bike. I was very happy that the store was able to get my bicycle to me on the same day, and they were even willing to show me the ropes and give me valuable information and tools even though it was after closing.
I ordered my Marlin 4 around 3 PM and being that the store closed at 6 I resigned myself to having to wait another day before I got to pick it up. I was a little sad, but still VERY excited!
Lo and behold, I get a call letting me know the bike was ready about 30 minutes before the store was due to close. I rushed over to get it, and your excellent staff really took the time to get me situated, and make sure I had everything I needed before I headed to the trails!
