We're on a quest to bike in all 50 states. I had lost the front brakes on my Trek Marlin 5, yet again. We found Phat Tire Bella Vista online, AND people along the trail (their local customers) told us how good the folks there were. I called from the trail and made an appointment for later that day. The repair was quick, plus the mechanic noticed a nail in my tire that hadn't yet caused a flat. He put in a new tube for me, and we were on the way.

I brought my bike to them with a knocking noise that two other shops could not figure out and in less than a week they had it figured out and fixed and it only cost me $40. They're super professional and upfront and I highly recommend them. Shanta in particular is the person I dealt with and she is awesome and super knowledgeable.

Fast friendly service that gives me confidence in my bike. I brought my 4 year old trek ebike in for a spring checkup before riding across the international bridge for the first time this year. I was told 7-10 days, but I got a call that it was done the very next day. And brake pads were replaced and the tire liners I had mentioned as wanting attention had been sorted out. I am happy to start commuting by bike again! Confident that my bike will get me there and home again without problems. Thanks everyone!
