Sales staff helped explain the differences in the bikes I might be interested in. Responsive to what I wanted. And when I came in to order the bike - Cody offered to drop the bike off when it was ready - that really helped us out, as we do not have a bike rack yet.
The staff are technically competent, answer the questions I have, and have always resolved my issue.

Service was brilliant, Travis answered all of my initial questions with speed and directness, and even offered options for me. When I picked up my bike, all of the staff were extremely helpful, from finding the bike to fitting accessories! Will definitely be back in future!
