Friendly fast and efficient I came in with a tire that needed the innertube replaced and thought I might have to wait a few days for the service to be completed, but it was done right away and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Well done!

Five star bike shop. There’s a reason they have so many high reviews. Everybody is kind. Everybody is helpful. I went in there knowing nothing. Nothing! Very patient with me. Gave me time. Did not push me one way or the other. Great help! Answered all my questions. When I came back in the second time still wasn’t sure. I was kind of back-and-forth between two models. Once again wasn’t pushy. Take some time to think about it. But I went out to my vehicle. Did some research and purchased!!! oh and I kept him after hours. And they weren’t pushy about getting me out of there and coming back another time. Stayed like probably an hour after to sell me a bike and accessories.
Been going to Alex for a very long time. He has a great store and his service is 2nd to none. I highly recommend his services and his shop has a great selection of bicycles and accessories.
