They're super professional and upfront and I highly recommend them. Shanta in particular is the person I dealt with and she is awesome and super knowledgeable.

Fast friendly service that gives me confidence in my bike. I brought my 4 year old trek ebike in for a spring checkup before riding across the international bridge for the first time this year. I was told 7-10 days, but I got a call that it was done the very next day. And brake pads were replaced and the tire liners I had mentioned as wanting attention had been sorted out. I am happy to start commuting by bike again! Confident that my bike will get me there and home again without problems. Thanks everyone!
