I had initially taken my bike to get serviced from sitting for a while because I had gotten injured and couldn’t ride. When I went in I worked with Wilson he looked over the bike and quoted me a good price and gave me an estimate time of a few weeks. There was some discrepancies in information and final pricing. I was at an all time low. At the time I was going through some issues and I had given up on everything. Wilson didn’t know but a short time later I get a message from him saying that my bike was ready and the charge was covered. I know it was God dropping me a life line through this man. I was given a glimmer of hope getting me back on my bike again. Even though we had a little hick up I have recommended and will continue to promote this business.

I really appreciate how you took the time to explain the necessary work, assist with selection and installation of new accessories, and had my bike ready ahead of schedule. I bought my E bike there so I took it back for some service. The service was very efficient and the mechanic explained to me what he was going to do to my E bike. Got a call email and saidmy bike was ready to go🙂👍🏻

The team at trek Fishwick saved my bacon halfway though a bikepacking trip when my free hub bearing collapsed. They Diddnt have the part I needed (not surprising) but they got me rolling again with a new wheel. I wanted to transfer the parts with the shop tools (as I was halfway through a trip and had none) but the boys stepped up and did it on the spot!
