This store has top notch bike service techs and also is one of the friendliest customer relations and service businesses in Boulder county. When the time comes for a bike replacement, I will definitely shop here. They also have a pretty great selection of anything for your biking experiences including helmets, locks, shoes and clothing. I am confident that I can fully trust their service department to tune my bike and keep it running like new. What a great shop so close to home!

Die Beiden netten Männer in der Werkstatt waren äußerst zuvorkommend am Nachmittag, als wir unsere Räder nach der Durchsicht abholten. Die Reparatur meiner Bremse nach Feierabend ist außerordentlich heutzutage. Sie wurden telefonisch und vor Ort beschimpft. Ist mir unbegreiflich.

I picked up my bike after being serviced and it was like BRAND NEW. Totally awesome !!!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, highly recommended.
We both love our Trek bikes! They are very reliable with quality parts and service. The shop owners know us by name, even if we haven't walked in the door for a year.
Not only that, but they are so generous with their time and products. They have donated fixed up used bikes and helmets to our non profit Friends of Youth and Nature. This year 10 kids who attended our bike rodeo and walked away with a brand new bike for the summer! What a gift.

I stopped in to check out a bike for my grandson and left with one 30 minutes later . They made sure it was the right size for him and discussed the warranty and 1st time service for it. Let my grandson ride it sound outside to try it out. Very happy.
