I haven’t been in for a couple of years as I stopped riding - but recently bought an e-bike and I dropped in yesterday and saw Owen to ask him about how I need to look after the bike going forward. Just like with my old mountain bike I felt thoroughly confident that the guys working venture cycles would give me good solid and reliable advice and never make me feel like I ask dumb questions! Very grateful for the service and professionalism of the shop staff at venture.
They give honest quotes upfront and tries to beat it. You can choose to back off, if you don’t like the price . No surprises .

All the staff members are very nice and attentive. We mostly interacted with Jason and he was very patient with my kids and all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and guided us to the right products.

The service was fantastic. I went in with a broken rear derailer and left 30 minutes later all fixed up. Plus, the dog is adorable--a real plus. The only disappointment was that the store only carries TREK bikes now.
Usually, when I went in there, I found a lot of bikes to dream about, but this time, with just a TREK MONOPOLY i was disappointed and will shop elsewhere before buying our next bike. The store used to carry more than 40 types of helmets and other gear, now nearly nothing. Same with clothing. Just not what it was previously. But that's corporations... all about monopoly.

The employees are calm, helpful, polite and efficient. I was told possibly 2 weeks for repairs to be done and it was completed the next day. It wasn’t anything complicated but I still appreciated them fitting us in and loading the car for me. We will be loyal customers for life if the service continues the way it always has.
