I was in the market for an e-bike and had zeroed in on the Domane+ SLR 6. I walked into the store right at opening and Mike, the manager, spent hours with me adjusting two different size “acoustic” bikes for me to test ride. We settled on the size and he said he would call other stores to see who had a e-bike version in stock. Within 15 minutes of leaving the store, Mike called to say a Colorado Trek store had one and would ship it to him. I circled back to the store to give him my down payment. Mike said it would be in within a few weeks. A week and a half later I get a text that the bike was assembled and ready for pick up. I’d found a buyer for my current bike and called Mike to ask if I could bring it in and have him pack and ship it to the buyer. He was on board with that. I went in the next day and Mike spent 4 hours measuring my old bike and transferring the seat height, moving over pedals and accessories, showing me how to work the bike, reviewing the charging process, etc, letting me test ride it a few times. He was amazing. Patient, calm (despite it being a Saturday in the middle of a sale) and ever so helpful. I would absolutely recommend his store. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. The store itself is beautiful and very nicely laid out. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a bike.
