I just bought a bike there. Believe it or not, I liked the paperwork which, in my opinion, imparted a sense of safety first.
My bike had to be special ordered. There was a clear-cut system to do the ordering and track the bike from England. They kept me informed. Their system was a real system. All the salespeople know what was going on. No need to ask the manager, the person who did the initial order, etc. Everyone knew the system.

I am rarely one to write reviews and I have only been to the Trek store a handful of times for small purchases, but the customer service here is the best I have seen in a while. I don't have much to say about the products other than they work as advertised, but I really appreciate the people. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Every time my wife and I leave this store we remark about the customer service making it the only store in Anchorage for me that look forward to going to because of the experience.
Thanks for a great experience. I needed a new tube. Paul greeted me at the door and assisted me. I was out in 20 minutes and ready to ride. Great service and friendly folks!
