Was a great, no pressure buying expierence. I delt with 3 different staff members, all of which were knowlegable, professional, and friendly. I had to drive over 4 hours to get there but between the deal on a nice quality bike and the proffesionalism, it was worth it.

Great owners and good customer service. This is the shop to go to purchase a new bike or to get one serviced. I have purchased five bikes from Brian and referred family and friends to him.

The customer service from the shop in helping me pack and ship my bike cross-country was top notch.
