Rachel was incredibly helpful and took her time explaining what my bike needed to be brought up to speed so to speak. She also showed me new bike options and I picked up a couple of inexpensive helmets while I was at it. It was informative and helpful, and there was not any pretention in looking over my quite old bike.
I brought my high end road bike to Downtown Bicycles in Lakeville for service and ended up being super happy with their knowledge and expertise. You can tell the whole employee group are into bikes. Their knowledge and enthusiasm about bikes is high end!
