WebCyclery is one of the few remaining shops that still stocks bicycle trials stuff. I've purchased two trials bikes over the last couple decades, and it's increasingly hard to find trials bikes in stock in the USA. Although I work at an online shop, myself, we don't have access to the special distribution channel that trials requires. Also, I love stopping by the Bend, OR store when I'm in town, for quick bike needs!

Erster Besuch am verkaufsoffenen Sonntag durch mehr oder weniger Zufall. Da schon sehr nett beraten worden. Danach zweimal telefonisch mich erkundigt und auch hier äußerst nett informiert worden. Nun das zweite Mal da gewesen, Fahrrad Probe gefahren und eine Anzahlung geleistet. Bisher alles tip top, dafür komme ich auch gerne aus Saarbrücken zu euch! Weiter so!

The technician (I should really call him an expert) who took care of my bike checked things I never imagined to check. Everything turned out to be ok, but I'm really glad he looked. It was quick service to fix my flat tire and a very reasonable price. I will return to Trek Bicycle Arlington South; they've earned my trust.

I was traveling and broke my derailer the y had me up and riding again same day.
Jimbo at the store was extremely helpful and offered excellent suggestions for improving my bike riding experience.The other rep at the store was also helpful with explaining the features of a bike I was looking at for my wife and he showed me an attachment that I could add to my car's bike rack that would be able to accommodate the ladies' bike. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service at this location and would not hesitate to recommend it to any other bike enthusiasts.

I want to share the incredible service I got yesterday stopping in the Trek Pottstown location.
I came in with two bikes that I needed the pedals interchanged. They did it right there while I waited. I also bought a water bottle cage that they installed for me. In addition, I kindly asked if they would put the cleats on a new pair of cycling shoes for me. Again they obliged. Kindly!
When it was time to check out and pay they only charged me for the water bottle cage and no labor. I have never received that level of customer service before in any industry! Please visit the amazing staff at the Trek Pottstown bicycle location. They will take care of you to the nth degree!!!!

The staff is always really friendly and helpful. A guy helped me pick out some extra thick bar tape last time I was in, and a new bigger rear cassette and chain the time before that. I also talked to a dude at your ride your bike to work day booth where you had the stuffed dog naming competition. He was also really cool. It's just a nice place all around.

Love this store. Bike selection is robust, Rapha clothing and plenty of tires, nutrition and gear as needed. But what I love the most? Trent and the entire service team are helpful, knowledgeable, talented and totally unpretentious.
