I was able to get all my questions answered and that was very helpful when purchasing an Ebike. The accessories that I added were in stock and everything was explained to me on how to use the equipment as well as the bike itself. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I also appreciated them delivering my bike, since I was unable to get out to the store for several weeks. That was most appreciated.
