Came in for a new saddle and air pump. Got what I needed and, surprise me, the store manager came jogging out to my car to say “hi” and apologize for not being able to take time while I was shopping. You can’t get that kind of personalization anywhere else. I’ll definitely be back.

Goodale's bike shop offers only the highest quality bicycles and bicycle accessories that are well worth the price. The team members are very knowledgeable and happy to help with any bike needs. Yesterday, I was helped by Pat, who was very polite and took the time to get me fitted with the perfect bicycle for me, after years of not riding a bike. Pat listened to what I had in mind, my priorities, and showed me different options. Pat made temporary adjustments to the bikes I test rode to suit my comfort. I was able to associate my new bicycle's serial number with my information in the hypothetical case it gets stolen and needs to be returned to me, for no extra charge. There are warranties on my new bike, my new helmet (which is crash-test confirmed), and I plan on bringing my bike in at the end of the season for my free tune-up. Goodale's offers maintenance on your bike and education on maintaining your bike on your own. They even did a thorough safety check on my bike before letting it go out the door. I feel confident in my purchase. I plan on only going to Goodale's from here on out for any of my bike needs. Awesome.
