This year came in to scope out a starter mountain bike and was greeted by Nick. He listened, brought me to a very nice hike but was to pricey and he totally understood, then led me to the bike that I had purchased that same day.
Great sales person! He even mentioned items that I may be needing and even items for a slight upgrade for the bike rather than stock.

Service with a smile - always warmly greeted when I visit Veloline, even the dog gets a treat and a belly rub! These guys have so much knowledge and experience and are always happy to give it. Regardless whether I'm in there for an routine bike service or an unusual squeak, or often in my case, I've tried to do something myself and ended up needing some help - these guys always make me feel validated and at ease. I would 100% recommend Veloline to family and friends.
I was very pleased with everything. I brought my husband's mountain bike to be refurbished for my son. My husband passed away and it was a keepsake for him. I brought the bike to another bike store and the guy told me I could get a new bike instead of getting this fixed. He missed the whole point. I brought to you guys and you immediately told me it might not be as good but they would look at it and let me know. They got back to me with a price which I agreed on, then Christmas hit, the ice storm and it took me forever to pick it up but it was no problem. I highly recommend them! Thank you! Bike looked great!

Rental and bikes were good and mostly worked well.Both bikes we rented misshifted a bit so minor adjustments prior to putting them out would have been helpful but otherwise we were happy with the rental product.
