Personalized service and ability to backorder hard to get items. I was pleased with the helpful tips and adjustments to my bike during a fitting. It was well worth the time Bob spent explaining and coaching me through the process. The shop mechanics put on a new chain as well, feels like a new ride again! Love to have a local bicycle shop for all our needs. A place to buy and a place that repairs and has maintenance services for what you buy. The owners and people who work there are so friendly and helpful. I just bought an Aventon Pace e-bike and am having so much fun with it.

I value their honesty and transparency the most. When evaluating my bike for annual maintenance needed I was walked through each component and given an honest evaluation of its condition. At other bike shops it’s common for me to get recommended parts to be replaced or service work to be done that’s not necessary. Here I trust that unnecessary work is not being done and necessary work is being done well.
