I just feel like the standard has been lowered, I miss when Emily cleaned. I can really only tell that they have vacuumed and made the bed. And if it is one or two people- they are only in the house for about (or less) than an hour- and they are supposed to clean 2.5 baths, the master bedroom, and the whole main floor.
The quality of the cleaning services and the attitude of your employees who do the work. They take pride in a job well done and it shows.

There is often a lack of follow through in direct requests. I specifically ask staff to wipe with a dust cloth under end tables and dressers etc because the power pack can't reach there and they won't use a swiffer cloth. It almost never happens and results in visible piles of dust bunnies left behind. I wish people would receive this in training. Without this obviously necessary task complete, things aren't clean. Also, there are times a broom would better than the power pac. Corners and edges aren't actually void of crumbs, hair, dust etc after the power pac. Otherwise we are usually very happy with things.

Well apparently when I say I need it scrubbed, ie baseboards. It translated to light dusting. Was a lot we needed cleaned we just did ourselves.
