Adjusted to my personal needs
Cleaning people usually call a few minutes before arriving to let me know they are coming. They are very congenial, but have a method and go go to work as soon as they arrive. Office texts to see if I want to go ahead as scheduled a few days ahead. Quality work is always accomplished.
I have rarely been disappointed in a cleaning and the one time I remember (years ago) I contacted the office and they made it right.

I would prefer to have consistency in who comes. Before the protocols that consistency was more apt to happen. Now it seems that even though it is a Merry Maid who has been here before it is seldom the one who was here the last time.
I like Katelyn specifically and the care and attention to detail she gives in every aspect of her work. She is a rockstar.

Before the pandemic I had he same cleaners every time. Since then I’ve had a mix. Side note we’ve been with Merry Maids for a number of years. We have reaquested a different person to be our full time person. They seem to have a hard time accommodating this.
